Are there any Booking Fees?
For reservations, a Cancelation Fee of $75 or 10% of the reservation amount (whichever is greater) will be applied, Cleaning Fees and Damage Waiver are not optional and nonrefundable, while Security Deposit is optional and refundable 21 days after departure date if no damage has occurred. Many of our vacation homes in Big Bear are pet friendly, but there is a pet fee of $10 per pet, per night in those homes.
