Lakeside Townhouse is a spacious lakefront condo within an easy walk to the Village of Big Bear and a short drive to the slopes.  It is the perfect location for all your fun and adventure! Enjoy the summertime pool and outdoor spa for guests.  There is also a private dock for condo residents and guests making for a fantastic lakeside retreat! The entry-level floor is where you will have entry to the garage which provides access to the separate studio room with its own fireplace, bathroom, couch, wet bar, and king bed.  There is also a private patio area with another entrance through a sliding glass door.  This is the perfect area for some privacy and relaxation away from the group while the main second level is where the main rooms are located. Enjoy quick access to the equipped kitchen and dining area for your meals with cookware, utensils, and general appliances including a dishwasher for your convenience.

The cozy and warm living room area offers comfortable couches and chairs sitting around a toasty wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen Streaming TV where you can enjoy a movie with a great view. The owners have provided high-speed WIFI internet throughout the chalet for your enjoyment.  (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming services.) The third level is where you will find the two main bedrooms including the primary suite with it's own bathroom and private balcony- all of your rooms are made up for your group's stay with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels when you arrive for your vacation.

Venturing outdoors you will find a natural gas BBQ available for your grilling experience on the balcony.  From here you can take in the wonderful views of the lake, kick back, relax, and take in the mountain lake vibe.  Stairs off the balcony lead directly to the lake and dock for your convenience.
