We have had a home at the Resort for many years, and have just purchased the home next door to us and decided to keep the original home we had. This allows us to be right there to take care of your every need. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with all the local US television channels and full WIFI, washer/dryer and telephone landline with unlimited use to call the US.
You will have full access to the Estero Beach Resort which includes Restaurant, Front Beach, Pool, Hot Tub, Gym.
The space
The house is in an area that is called "The Circle" in the Perminentee area at Estero Beach Resort. The house is approximately 1200 sq ft with three bedrooms and two baths with a wraparound deck. The Living Room is combined with the Kitchen area, with a large old style tv with Satellite connections to US stations with all the movie channels (it's not a smart TV). Master bedroom has a master bath with a large dual head walk in shower, and a King size bed with its own TV. There is an office connected to the Master that is blocked off and unavailable to the guest during your stay. The second room has a queen, and the third bedroom has a Full, Twin bunk bed and it's on Smart TV (no satellite connected). The second full bath is connected to this room and the laundry area. We are next door with a deck connected so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you need or want.
Guest access
. You will have access to the pool and hot spa referred to as the RV PARK pool, which is located about 100 yards from the house. There is a jet ski, Kayak and flyboard rentals on site. The Restaurant is the best restaurant in the area and overlooks the ocean and the estuary.
Other things to note
The city of Ensenada is about 20 minutes north, or a $8-dollar (149 pesos) uber ride. There is much night life in Ensenada of which we can tell you all about if that is your thing. La Bufadora is 25 minutes and an easy drive. The hot springs are about 35 minutes. But my favorite experience is Valle De Guadalupe which is Mexico's Napa wine country. We can pave out a great day for you and it's a must do.
