Located just three miles from the heart of Big Bear Lake, the Big Bear Lake Airport is a small, general aviation airport that offers a range of services for private and charter flights. Free Big Bear Airport Travel Services
When you fly into Big Bear you may be worried about finding a way to get into the city from the airport. Luckily for you there are two brand new free services that take airport guests from Big Bear Airport and to many popular locations in the area. The Big Bear Trolley is the first service that will be available all seven days of the week. This free service follows the Red Line through Big Bear Airport every 30 minutes allowing guests to hop. This is a unique way to get around the city and ride an exciting trolley for free! The second service is Big Bear Airport Conexx that is available on Saturday and Sunday each week. This service is an extended van that will also take you to popular destination in Big Bear making it easy for traveling. The shuttle runs between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and can take you to places including the Village or many of the local resorts, restaurants, and lodging options. Traveling from Big Bear Airport has never been easier!
Onsite Restaurant
Whenever you are flying out after enjoying your vacation you may find yourself hungry at the airport. Luckily Big Bear Airport is home to Barnstorm Restaurant that is open most days of the week from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm for a meal Monday through Friday or 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. This restaurant is located on the first floor of the airport terminal and features all of your favorite country entrees. You can even have the food delivered anywhere in Big Bear Valley if you happen to fall in love with them.
