You’ll also find more privacy and isolation with our Big Bear ski cabins than any hotel room. We care deeply for our Big Bear properties and ensure they are regularly cleaned and sanitized. What Happens if I Cancel my Stay?
Guest’s reservations 30 days or less from the arrival date (45 days for holidays) are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking, and a cancelation fee of $75 or 10% of the reservation amount (whichever is greater) will be applied. After 24 hours of booking, you will be unable to switch to any other properties or dates. However, reservations canceled within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a Rain Check valid for six months if all dates canceled are rebooked. Big Bear Vacations does not offer refunds due to any circumstances outside our control including but not limited to: weather/ road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical/ electrical failure or malfunctions with spas, TV’s or other equipment or sighting of insects/ rodents. We do, however, reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if your property is made unavailable for ANY reason.
