Welcome to the perfect getaway for your family and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable alpine vacation to Big Bear.  Our Sequoia Retreat mountain cabin is fully furnished with all that you need and its prime Moonridge location offers attractions and activities within minutes from your doorstep.   The Big Bear Alpine Zoo at Moonridge is a wonderful place to explore while The Village Shops and restaurants are a short drive away so you can treat yourself to local specialties.  Access to the shuttle for Snow Summit Resort is also within walking distance from the cabin for fun filled days in the snow.  If you want to see nature up close, this cabin has many hiking trails in the area so pack a picnic and a pair of binoculars!  Big Bear Lake is also in our backyard for those iconic views.  

When you're ready to head indoors, our Sequoia Retreat offers a relaxing respite from the moment you walk in the door.  This is your home away from home, furnished and decorated in a charming mountain décor.  The cabin also offers wrapped sun decks on each level, a full kitchen and game room with a full size pool table to entertain the group as well as double family rooms for you to sit and enjoy each other's company. In your first living room area with gorgeous hardwood floors and beamed cathedral ceilings, you will find comfortable couches and chairs sat perfectly in front of the toasty gas faux log fireplace.  Big open windows allow ample natural light into the room where you can enjoy both the fireplace as well as the beautiful mountain scenery. Enjoy a movie night on the massive mounted flat screen Streaming TV, with complimentary high speed WIFI provided for you. (Guests must have their own accounts for Streaming Services.)

The dining area and well equipped kitchen is an inviting space for you to entertain a dinner party or prepare a meal together. The charming dining table is the perfect spot to linger and chat over your meals while enjoying the wonderful tree and deck views.  In the morning, a breakfast bar area with barstools is a great place to gather and start your day. Gorgeous oak cabinets are stocked with cookware and utensils for your meal preparations while ample counter spaces and stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) make for easy and convenient cleanup.  You will love sipping your first cup of coffee out here in the mornings among the birds. Relax in the evenings and grill up dinner on the propane BBQ with tree top sunset views.  Each level of your spacious chalet hosts two sleeping quarters and a hallway full bathroom. All rooms are made up for your arrival with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels. Streaming TVs, complimentary high speed WIFI, and a bonus work desk offers a convenient way to work from home. Enjoy a separate laundry room area with a washer and dryer for those wet snow clothes or extended stays!
