Twilight Safari
Head out into the wilderness at night with the Big Bear Alpine Zoo for their Twilight Safari. This guided night tour focuses on all the incredible nocturnal animals that live in the area such as owls. This special tour will be available on October 8th, 9th, 15th, and 16th at a variety of times starting at 6:00 PM. Each book is small and intimate with spots for up to 25 individuals only. Guests will be given complimentary hot chocolate and cookies to enjoy during their trip as well. Don’t miss out on this exclusive fall activity!
Boo at the Zoo
Just in time for Halloween the Big Bear Alpine Zoo will also be hosting their own trick or treating event, Boo at the Zoo. This all-ages event takes place on October 30th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM where your children are encouraged to show up in their best costumes. Make sure they bring big bags to collect all of the candy that will be handed out! All of the animal exhibits will also be open during this event so please refrain from bringing costumes with sound effects.
Halloween in the Village!
After a one-year break, the annual Halloween in the Village! event is back to celebrate all things Halloween. The Village will showcase their own trick or treating event perfect for kids of all ages to show off their costumes. Local shops and vendors will be handing out candy on October 31st from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for a safe and festive Halloween celebration.
