Alpine Country Coffee Shop
Like many Big Bear coffee shops, they also feature plenty of food options. Alpine Country goes all-out with their dinner options, including fajitas, halibut, shrimp, and steak! While their coffee is good, most people first laud the diner’s food variety and friendly service. It’s conveniently located on Big Bear Boulevard’s north side—turn north between Crane Drive and Wren Drive.
Moonridge Coffee Company
If you’re in the southeast part of town, you can get a cup of coffee at Moonridge Coffee Company. Moonridge’s best selling point is its atmosphere. Their staff is pleasant, and the restaurant is laid-back. Their food is a little on the pricey side, but their coffee is first-rate, and their hot chocolate and chai teas are popular as well.
Big Bear Coffee Roasting Company
Big Bear CRC is a special coffee shop, as they buy their green coffee and roast it themselves with their own roaster. These folks understand that each bean is special, and each batch complex. That’s why they closely monitor their Diedrich Roaster to bring out the perfect aroma for each batch of coffee. It’s on the north side of Big Bear Boulevard, right across from Main Street, so it’s a very convenient stop!
An Ran Ju
If you’re looking for a small snack and tasty beverage to pick you up, why not broaden your options? While they don’t serve coffee, the popularity of An Ran Ju Gelato and Tea shop merits it a place on this list! Try their boba, their gelato, their hot chocolate, or whatever you please—there’s a great variety of teas here, so if you haven’t tried it before, this may be the time! It’s easy to find on Pine Knot Avenue just south of Big Bear Boulevard. Big Bear coffee shops are fan favorites!
Copper Q
If you’ve got a sweet tooth, this is the stop for you. Copper Q is a delightful store with delectable pastries and spot-on coffee. Espresso and lattes are made in their open kitchen, where you can watch the chefs and baristas at work! It’s also on Pine Knot Avenue, a little further south from An Ran Ju.
